We are currently seeking motivated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. This position is ideal for newly licensed nurses who are looking to begin their careers in a supportive environment with structured training and hands‑on experience.

This program is designed to help new LPNs gain confidence while developing strong clinical skills:

• 6–8 week structured orientation and training program
• Assigned mentor for ongoing support and guidance
• Gradual increase in patient responsibilities over the first 60–90 days
• Emphasis on skill development and confidence building

• Day and night shifts available
• Option to work a 3‑day schedule (12-hour shifts)
• Stable and consistent scheduling
