Accela Post Acute Care at Hamilton is a 55‑bed post‑acute care center on the campus of RWJ University Hospital‑Hamilton, located at 3 Hamilton Health Pl., Hamilton Township, NJ 08690.

Pay up to $45/hr shifts available:

• 7 AM – 3 PM
• 3 PM – 11 PM

• Lead with compassion by providing top‑notch nursing care to residents, ensuring their health and happiness.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Conduct health assessments, administer medications, and monitor residents’ conditions.
• Build lasting relationships with residents and families, fostering a nurturing environment.
• Participate in activities that enrich residents’ lives and create a vibrant community.

• Valid RN license in New Jersey.
• Experience in acute care, LTC, or similar settings.
• Current or active CPR certification preferred.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• High level of professionalism with confidentiality.
• Excellent communication at all organizational levels and teamwork.
• Customer service‑oriented and able to work well under pressure.

Weekend Requirement:
Rotating weekends (on/off schedule). All per diem staff must work at least one full weekend per month (both Saturday and Sunday).
