Specialty Hospital of Central Jersey, part of Acute Care Health System, is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team. We specialize in caring for high-acuity, post-ICU patients and are committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on patient satisfaction and quality care.

• Full-Time, Part-Time
• Day and Night shifts available
• Work with complex, high-acuity patient populations in a specialty hospital setting

• Provide nursing care within scope of practice in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards
• Ensure patient safety by recognizing limitations and seeking resources when needed
• Delegate tasks appropriately and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Set priorities and evaluate patient outcomes through evidence-based interventions
• Utilize the nursing process to develop and implement individualized care plans

• BA/BS/BSN required
• Active New Jersey RN License required
• Minimum 1 year of bedside nursing experience in Acute Care or Rehab
• Prior Critical Care experience preferred
• BLS required
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire
• Previous hospital experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with patients and families
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with healthcare systems
