Pay: $20.00 per hour and quarterly bonus pay

What You'll DoSupport Client Recovery Oversee and monitor client self-administration of medications according to physician orders and treatment protocols.
Observe clients for side effects or adverse reactions and communicate concerns promptly to the nursing and medical team.
Respond appropriately during medical emergencies by following established procedures.
Ensure Accuracy & Compliance Maintain accurate Medication Administration Records (MARs) and related documentation.
Safeguard medications and confidential client information.
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and organizational policies regarding medication administration.
Coordinate Client Care Collaborate with nurses, providers, and the interdisciplinary treatment team to support each client's care plan.
Schedule medical, dental, and vision appointments as needed.
Help ensure clients receive timely healthcare services that support their recovery goals.
Manage Medication Inventory Monitor medication supplies and inventory.
Assist with ordering, storing, and securing medications.
Help maintain adequate medication availability for client needs.
Continue Growing Professionally Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing education.
Stay current on best practices in medication administration and behavioral healthcare.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
Current Medication Technician certification (or equivalent credential recognized in the State of New Jersey).Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to professionalism, ethical conduct, and client confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or substance use treatment.
• Experience working in a residential treatment or recovery environment.
