Pay Range: $120,000 - $165,000 Per Year
This position is for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in Family Medicine, operating as a float across multiple locations in Trenton, NJ. The role is full-time and requires flexibility to work across various clinical settings, including school-based health sites and a mobile health unit, with a focus on serving uninsured and underserved populations. The schedule includes weekdays and a rotating Saturday shift every six weeks.
Requirements- Master's degree in Nursing or completion of an accredited PA program
- Active NJ NP or PA license with current CDS and DEA
- Experience in community health or multi-site outpatient settings preferred
- Proficiency in adapting to various care settings and team environments
- Spanish bilingual preferred
- Reliable transportation within the Trenton area
- NP board certification (AANP or ANCC) or NCCPA certification for PAs
- Experience with adult, pediatric, and basic women's health care
- Existing Medicaid, Medicare, and MCO credentialing preferred
