Now Hiring: RN Supervisor (3 PM - 11 PM Shift)
Are you a skilled registered nurse (RN) with leadership experience? We are seeking a dedicated RN supervisor to oversee evening shift operations and ensure quality care for our residents.
What you'll do:
- Supervise nursing staff and provide leadership during the 3-11 PM shift.
- Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care in accordance with care plans.
- Oversee admissions, discharges, and resident assessments.
- Support and guide nursing staff, addressing any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Communicate effectively with families, staff, and interdisciplinary teams.
What we're looking for:
- Active RN license in New Jersey.
- Prior supervisory experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A passion for senior care and a dedication to maintaining a positive work environment.
