We’re looking for a Part-Time or Full-Time Veterinarian who wants to do more than just fill shifts. This is a role for someone who wants to commit to their patients and a practice that values them.

Flexibility is key: part-time, full-time, or a path that grows over time—we’re open to finding the right fit with you.

• Practice high-quality small animal medicine with strong team support
• Perform routine spays, neuters, mass removals, and COHATs (Comprehensive Oral Health Assessment and Treatment: full dental evaluation, cleaning, X-rays, and extractions as needed)
• Build meaningful relationships with clients through clear, compassionate communication
• Collaborate with experienced technicians and supportive leadership
• Explore integrative medicine if it sparks your curiosity—learning mindset matters more than prior experience

• DVM or equivalent degree with an active or eligible NJ license
• Solid foundation in small animal medicine and surgery
• Team-first mindset with strong communication skills
• Commitment to quality care, professional growth, and a healthy workplace culture

• Pro Sal or salary: $125,000–$234,000 (based on role & experience)
• Flexible scheduling for part-time and full-time options
• Supportive leadership and a values-driven culture

• Student Loan Support:
  We offer monthly or annual contributions toward student loan repayment, structured to reward commitment and longevity with the practice.
