The organization designs and delivers high-performance equipment and integrated system solutions supporting solid dose, liquid, and sterile manufacturing environments, serving pharmaceutical and nutraceutical producers worldwide.

This Sales Manager role is ideal for experienced professionals passionate about delivering capital equipment and integrated processing solutions to pharmaceutical manufacturers. The position focuses on identifying and developing new business, supporting proposal development through detailed technical and application data collection, and providing pre- and post-sales commercial guidance to customers across a regional territory. The position includes significant regional travel to support customer visits, industry events, and project collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities within pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturing markets.
  • Organize and conduct sales visits, on-site assessments, and technical discovery meetings.
  • Liaise with existing clients to expand relationships and uncover additional processing and packaging opportunities.
  • Support preparation of proposals and quotations through complete and accurate technical and application data collection.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales commercial support for pharmaceutical processing and packaging equipment systems.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of GMP requirements, validation standards, and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional technical and commercial team.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution-oriented selling skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong planning, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
