Regulatory Affairs Specialist
Monmouth County, NJ (Onsite) | $70K-$75K + Benefits
We’ve partnered with a fast‑growing manufacturer in the health & wellness space that supports nationally recognized consumer brands. As the company continues to expand, they are adding a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to strengthen compliance, certification management, and labeling accuracy across a dynamic product portfolio.
This is a high‑impact role working closely with Quality, R&D, Procurement, and customers to ensure products meet U.S. and international regulatory standards.
What this person will do:- Review and approve labels, packaging, and marketing claims
- Maintain ingredient documentation, specifications, SDS & Co Cs
- Lead certification processes (USDA Organic, Non‑GMO, Kosher, Halal, etc.)
- Act as point of contact for external auditors and certification bodies
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise internal teams
- Support audits and customer requests
- 3+ years in regulatory or compliance within supplements, food, or CPG
- Strong knowledge of cGMP / FDA labeling
- Experience managing third‑party certifications
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally
- Detail oriented, organized, and proactive
