Quality Assurance Manager

This Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for the development and execution of performance/load testing of Judiciary web-based applications. They will also be the primary resource for QA software upgrades. Conduct and provide support for functional/regression testing. All work will be performed on-site – No Exceptions.

The candidate must have excellent communication skills and possess the ability to collaborate with internal and external groups including vendors.

Tasks and responsibilities include analyzing user requirements for load/performance testing, collaborating with application teams, collecting load results, performing server administration, upgrading software, identifying and documenting system defects, reviewing work products, and ensuring compliance with standards.

Qualifications include the ability to compare actual project procedures to specified standards, expertise with recent technologies in quality assurance, the ability to work independently and as a member of a team, and clear communication in written and spoken English.
