Stellantis is seeking a Customer Plant Lead to act as the Voice of the Customer for the Trenton Engine Plant. You will analyze warranty data, coordinate with Plant Process Engineering and Control Tower teams, and drive early detection of actionable issues to shorten triage times.
This on-site role requires a solid engineering background, 5+ years in quality/warranty, and strong communication and teamwork to align cross-functional teams on corrective actions and plant quality improvements.
