Green Acres Certified Appraiser
Location:
Mercer County, NJ
Hourly Rate: $85 – $135/hour
Job Description For appraisals requiring NJDEP Green Acres compliance, Priority Group Services LLC seeks a certified appraiser experienced in open space, conservation, and recreational land valuation.
Responsibilities- Prepare Green Acres-compliant appraisals for preservation projects
- Conduct field inspections and review deed/parcel history
- Perform cost, income, and sales comparison approaches
- Ensure full compliance with NJDEP standards
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be listed on the NJ Green Acres Certified Appraiser list
- NJ Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License
- Minimum 5 years of experience
Compensation: $135.00 per hour
