Parexel is seeking a highly motivated Principal Scientist to provide laboratory-based support in Rahway, NJ, for chemical manufacturing processes. Ideal candidates will have a PhD in Chemistry (3+ years experience), or an MS with 7+ years, or a BS with 12+ years in the pharma/biopharma industry.
The role involves experimental planning, chemical synthesis, and the use of modern laboratory equipment. Strong communication skills are necessary, as well as the ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.
