Oversee the end-to-step luxury service journey, specializing in VIC (Very Important Client) cultivation and retention. - Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a diverse, high-performing team to achieve excellence in brand storytelling and diamond expertise.
- Operations: Manage high-value inventory, staff scheduling, and strict compliance with brand protocols and identity verification systems.
- 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury jewelry or high-end fashion.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing high-value inventory.
- Exceptional communication skills and a passion for emotional brand storytelling.
