Job Description

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running effectively. As part of the store leadership team, the Key Lead drives store performance on the floor through superior customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision‑making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.

• Schedule varies weekly; expect to work at least 12–16 hours per week.
• Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays.
• In peak time frames, hours will increase to support business needs.

• High school diploma / GED preferred, or equivalent.
• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory or managerial experience not required; experience leading groups or teams preferred.

The starting rate for this position is $18.85 per hour. (Recruiting pay range for this position: $18.85–$18.85 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
