Assistant Grocery Manager

As an Assistant Grocery Manager at Sprouts Farmers Market, you'll support daily operations of the grocery department while inspiring a team committed to healthy living and outstanding service. You'll help lead merchandising, inventory, and ordering for fresh, natural, and organic products, ensuring shelves are full, rotated, and visually appealing. Responsibilities

• Support the Grocery Manager with daily store operations and department performance.

• Oversee product merchandising, rotation, and in-stock levels across center store and fresh departments.
• Monitor inventory, execute orders, and help control shrink while following food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and performance feedback in alignment with Sprouts' values.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment that reflects Sprouts' focus on natural, organic, and sustainable products.
• Support sales goals through promotional execution, pricing accuracy, and visually appealing displays.
