Sales Ambassador

As a Sales Ambassador at Sprouts Farmers Market, you'll engage customers, highlight fresh, natural, and organic products, and drive sales in a friendly retail environment. You'll greet shoppers, answer product questions, offer sampling, and recommend items that fit their wellness goals. Working closely with the Sales & Business Development team, you'll support merchandising, pricing, and in-store promotions. You'll help maintain clean, well-stocked displays while delivering fast, accurate checkout experiences.

This role is ideal for people who love healthy living, teamwork, and educating customers on natural foods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, providing friendly, informed service on products and promotions
• Educate shoppers on natural, organic, and specialty items to support their wellness goals
• Operate POS systems accurately, handling cash, cards, and returns per store policy
• Support merchandising, pricing changes, and in-store promotional displays
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked product areas and end caps
• Offer sampling or demos when applicable to encourage product trial and sales
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock or rotation needs to supervisors
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales, customer satisfaction, and loyalty goals
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and Sprouts operational standards at all times
• Participate in ongoing training to deepen product knowledge and selling techniques
