We are seeking a Senior Merchandise Coordinator with 5–7 years of experience in merchandising, production, inventory, or operations, preferably within the apparel/fashion industry
.
- Coordinate merchandise production, inventory, orders, and deliveries.
- Track production schedules, inventory levels, purchase orders, and shipments.
- Maintain and analyze inventory and production reports using Microsoft Excel
. - Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams.
- Monitor product availability and resolve production or inventory issues.
- Maintain accurate product, inventory, and order records.
- Support merchandising and production teams with reporting and day-to-day operations.
- 5–7 years of experience in merchandising, production, inventory, or operations.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reporting.
- Apparel, fashion, retail, e-commerce, or consumer products experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of production and inventory processes.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
