Position Mission:
The Tools and Equipment Technical Sales Specialist (TSS) is responsible for generating and increasing sales through NAPA store end user accounts. This customer-facing role focuses on coordinating and implementing market share impacting products and programs at the street level. The TSS reports to the division regional manager and manages a sales territory of NAPA stores.

Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities include:
- Making a minimum of 8 in-person calls with existing accounts to develop sales opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with accounts to promote products and services.
- Collaborating with store decision-makers to expand business volume.
- Understanding customer needs and working with Distribution Center Sales Teams to meet demands.
- Coordinating with Customer Support Representatives on orders and billing.
- Mastering sales pitches through team knowledge and development.
- Identifying opportunities and advising management.
- Understanding T&E products, education, programs, warranties, and rebates.
- Communicating regularly with managers, vendors, and colleagues about sales leads and customer issues.
- Participating in in-store sales events and promotions.
- Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and activity requirements.
- Conducting account reviews and updating management on progress.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Regional Manager.

Work Environment and
Physical Requirements:
Work involves office, warehouse, retail, and customer environments. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and travel up to 75%. Use of vision, hands, and physical tasks like reaching and climbing are necessary.
