The position operates within a competitive and technically demanding Heavy Duty market, involving OEM, independent, rental, public sector, and industrial customer segments. The role requires both internal and external interactions, supporting cross‑functional alignment and market engagement.

- Drive sales performance (Tons & GMVC) of HD products & services across the U.S. affiliate.
- Grow partnerships with major non‑OEM Key Accounts (SPD/IAM, Public Works, Agri, Rental Companies).
- Steer HD product & service strategy (ANAC, pricing, TMI, product range, competitive analysis).
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitors, and CO₂‑related regulations.
- Build and maintain reporting for HD customers and contribute to BU & LTP processes.
- Collaborate closely with Sales & Technical Support teams, TIP & ANAC teams, Marketing, Communications, & Training teams to expand HD visibility and capabilities.
- Support HD presence at major U.S. expos, events, and workshops.
- HD Sales Volumes across the U.S. affiliate: 5KT.
- HD GMVC (Gross Margin Value Contribution): $1.5M per year.
- Used Oil Analyses (ANAC): 1,000 analyses per year.
Bachelor's degree + 5 years minimum experience in HD segment.
The position requires a strong appetite for technical (products, engines) applications and a methodical, well organized approach.
Must develop with customers and prospects, negotiate, work closely with the sales team and Management. Strong soft skills, leadership, initiative and charisma expected.
Fluent in English.
