Position Information:
Sales Development to Closing Specialist
Employment:
Full-Time, Remote
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday (occasional weekend availability may be required)
Hours:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time
Compensation: $26,000–$28,000 annually
What You'll Be Doing
As part of our sales team, you will:
Generate new business through outbound prospecting and lead generation.
Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs.
Conduct discovery calls and virtual sales presentations.
Build trust with prospects and recommend the right solutions.
Navigate objections and confidently close new business.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM software.
Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team performance.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer handoff after the sale.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar closing role.
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Confidence making outbound calls and following up with prospects.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar software.
Excellent organization and time management abilities.
A self-starter mentality with a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
