Cast & Crew is seeking a Business Development Executive, Casting (East Coast) to grow client engagement on Backstage, Mandy, and Star Now. You will identify new leads, onboard clients, and build strategic partnerships with studios, agencies, and schools.
You will travel for in-person demos and events, reporting to the Business Development Manager. Compensation includes a base of $65,000-$75,000 plus commission, with an OTE of $84,500-$97,500 annually.
