Sales Account Manager, Plastics

Responsible for growing domestic distribution sales by developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and executing sales strategies that align with company objectives. Works closely with Marketing, Technical Service, and Customer Service to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability.

• Develop new business and grow existing customer relationships.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and sales agreements.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Technical Service to support customers and resolve product issues.
• Manage customer service, pricing discrepancies, and complaint resolution.
• Support non-prime inventory sales and subsidy reporting.

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Chemical Engineering preferred.
• 1–7 years of B2B sales experience (petrochemicals, plastics, polymers, chemicals, or related manufacturing preferred).
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies.

• Occasional travel.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills.
