Field Marketing Associate

• Grassroots representatives will distribute flyers door-to-door at MDU properties to market Verizon promotions, promote events, and help drive sales of products and services.
• Call potential customers to create sales leads that will be distributed to Sales Specialists.
• Assist Sales Specialists at property to engage consumers.
• This position will be full time hours and requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Candidates must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess a strong work ethic, reliable, communication skills, flexibility, organization and attention to detail.
• The candidate will be working closely with team members and the general public.
• Field promotion and proven sales experience preferred.
• Travel required.
• Tech Savvy.
• Job will require field activity including walking at MDU properties to distribute flyers.
• Will require set up, tear down and maintenance of event site and materials.
• Will require calling customers to generate sales leads.

Demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills while engaging with the public to promote products and services. Proven ability to generate sales leads and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
