You'll play a visible role in client onboarding and renewals—helping deliver seamless, high-impact service—while building your expertise and advancing your career alongside a team that prides itself on excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a book of business by handling policy renewals, coverage changes, certificates of insurance, contract reviews, and new client onboarding.
• Coordinate renewal processes, including gathering exposure data, securing quotes, analyzing coverage options, presenting recommendations, and binding coverage.
• Prepare marketing submissions and collaborate with insurers and internal teams on remarketing efforts.
• Deliver responsive client service, answer coverage and billing questions, and build strong long-term client relationships.
• Identify risk management and cross-selling opportunities, maintain compliance with agency procedures and E&O guidelines, support client meetings, pursue professional development, and assist with additional projects as needed.
