Labcorp Employer Services (LES) is seeking a customer-focused, results-driven Key Account Executive to support and grow employer relationships throughout the Northeast states: CT, ME, MA, NH, RI, VT, NJ, NY, PA, DE, and MD.
While much of the role involves managing customer relationships through phone, email, and virtual meetings, regular field engagement is also an important part of long-term success. In-person customer visits, business reviews, training sessions, and on-site meetings help strengthen relationships, uncover growth opportunities, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure clients receive the highest level of service and support. Travel is up to 20%.
Pay Range: $65,000 - $80,000 USD annual
Variable CompensationThe position is also eligible for commissions under the applicable variable compensation plan. Commissions are earned based on achievement of performance metrics under the plan.

Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of employer accounts.
- Develop strong relationships with HR leaders, benefits administrators, occupational health professionals, and business decision-makers.
- Identify upsell opportunities and drive organic growth within existing accounts.
- Deliver customer presentations, business reviews, and educational sessions highlighting LES solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for customer needs, issue resolution, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with operations, implementation, and customer support teams to ensure exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain accurate accountancy, opportunities, and customer records within Salesforce CRM.
- Meet and exceed assigned retention, revenue, and territory growth goals.
- Travel up to 20%.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience managing a book of business, customer portfolio, territory, or account base with demonstrated success in customer retention and growth.
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare, occupational testing and employee wellness, diagnostics, laboratory services, employer services, pharmaceutical and medical device.
- 1+ year of experience utilizing Salesforce or another CRM platform to manage customer relationships and opportunities.
