We're seeking a driven National Account Manager (NY/NJ) to lead growth within the Asian Food service channel, including national chains, distributors, and independent operators, with a strong focus on sushi and Asian cuisine businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow strategic food service accounts nationwide
- Develop and execute sales growth and market penetration strategies
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing teams to expand business opportunities
- Own forecasting, revenue targets, and account performance
- Analyze trade spending and ROI to maximize profitability
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
- 3–5 years of food service sales experience (seafood industry preferred).
- Fluent in Chinese speaking, reading, and writing.
- Existing relationships with national food service distributors.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
