E-Commerce Account Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing consumer products company with a portfolio of 500+ products across outdoor power equipment, lawn & garden, tools, home products, and electric mobility.

They are looking for a 3P E-Commerce Sales Manager to take ownership of their third-party marketplace business and drive revenue growth.

• Own and grow the 3P marketplace business, revenue, and profitability
• Manage relationships with marketplace partners and third-party sellers
• Identify and develop new marketplace opportunities and partnerships
• Expand product assortment, SKU distribution, and new product launches
• Manage pricing, promotions, margins, and channel strategy
• Analyze sales, inventory, pricing, conversion, and competitive activity
• Forecast sales and work closely with supply chain, marketing, finance, and operations
• Identify opportunities to improve product performance and increase revenue
• Negotiate commercial terms and build strategic marketplace plans

• 3+ years of Amazon 3P marketplace, e-commerce sales, or digital retail experience
• Proven success growing marketplace revenue
• Experience selling physical consumer products/hardgoods
• Strong understanding of marketplace pricing, promotions, inventory, and margins
• Strong sales, analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Must be able to work on-site in Hoboken, NJ
