Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor screening, directional support, and reporting of suspicious, disruptive, and/or policy-related concerns.;
Complete detailed activity and incident reports, document observations, and relay important information during shift transitions and/or to Allied Universal leadership.
