What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.

* Monitor lobby and reception areas, assist with visitor check-in procedures, verify credentials, and document access activity in accordance with site policies.

* Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.

* Answer questions, direct employees and visitors to the appropriate destination, and support a professional front desk presence while following security-related procedures.

* Prepare reports on incidents, visitor activity, and daily front desk operations, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive monitoring of entry points.

Minimum Requirements:

* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
