• Provide customer service by carrying out site‑specific procedures, front desk protocols, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Monitor lobby and reception areas, assist with visitor check‑in procedures, verify credentials, and document access activity in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.
• Answer questions, direct employees and visitors to appropriate destinations, and support a professional front desk presence while following security‑related procedures.
• Prepare reports on incidents, visitor activity, and daily front desk operations, and help deter unauthorized access through attentive monitoring of entry points.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal considers qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants must undergo a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
