Security Officer Experienced Patrol Duty

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with appropriate personnel;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with directions, escort requests, and other security-related support needs while maintaining professional communication;
Support site operations by reporting hazards, policy concerns, and/or maintenance issues observed during patrols and interacting with employees, patients, and visitors with professionalism and respect
