Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, common areas, parking facilities, entrances, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting suspicious behavior and policy violations to appropriate personnel.;
Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation, maintaining professional communication with clients and the public.;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following reporting/escalation procedures.
