Commercial HVAC Foreman​/Superintendent

Compensation: Up to $65/Hour

A growing commercial HVAC contractor is seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman / Superintendent to oversee commercial HVAC installation projects throughout New Jersey. This individual will be responsible for managing field operations, supervising installation crews, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on leader with strong commercial HVAC construction experience who is looking to join a well‑established and expanding organization.

Need high rise experience

• Supervise and lead commercial HVAC installation crews on multiple projects.
• Coordinate daily field operations, manpower, equipment, and material needs.
• Review project plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure proper execution.
• Oversee installation of:
  • Rooftop Units (RTUs)
  • VRF/VRV Systems
  • Boilers
  • Air Handlers
  • Ductwork
  • Piping Systems
  • Building Automation Controls
• Conduct jobsite meetings and communicate project progress to management.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Enforce company safety standards and OSHA compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot field issues and develop solutions to keep projects moving forward.
• Manage quality control and ensure installations meet company and customer expectations.
• Train and mentor technicians and installers.

• 7+ years of commercial HVAC construction experience.
• 3+ years in a Foreman, Lead Foreman, Superintendent, or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and installation practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications.
• Experience managing crews, subcontractors, and project schedules.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Valid Driver's License.

• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Experience with large commercial, healthcare, industrial, educational, or multi-family projects.
• Experience coordinating with project managers and estimating teams.
• Union and non-union experience a plus.
• Up to $65/hour based on experience.
