Commercial HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician

  • Competitive Pay: $25-$35/hour ($52,000–$72,800 annually based off a 40 Hr. work week) + Overtime when authorized by Leadership
  • On-Call Pay: $150 per scheduled on-call shift
  • Paid Time Off:
    Start with 48 hours, increasing to 168 hours with tenure
  • Paid Holidays: 7 annually (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas)

Your Role

  • Maintenance:
    Inspect, clean, lubricate, and calibrate HVAC systems (air handlers, boilers, chillers)
  • Repairs:
    Diagnose issues, perform minor repairs, and assist with complex repairs
  • Documentation:
    Record maintenance activities via company iPad/iPhone
  • Customer Service:
    Advise clients and ensure system efficiency
  • Safety:
    Adhere to regulations and company standards

Qualifications

  • Required:

    2–5 years HVAC experience, EPA Certification, high school diploma/GED, valid driver's license, pass drug/background checks
  • Preferred: HVAC apprenticeship or technical training
  • Physical:
    Lift 75 lbs., work in confined spaces, wear PPE
  • Travel:
    Flexibility for overtime and regional travel

Tools & Support

  • Provided:
    Fully stocked service van, iPad, iPhone, PPE
  • Required:

    Hand tools, drills, Sawzall, manometer, multimeter, refrigerant gauges
