Foreman and​/or Installer

Job Description

The Foreman and/or Installer plays a crucial role in leading small teams of 1-5 people on diverse installation projects involving furniture, glass highwalls, and other heavy lifting tasks. This position requires a balanced approach between hands-on installation work and supervisory duties, ensuring team productivity while maintaining safety and quality standards. Regular travel to multiple sites is expected, and mechanical aptitude along with proficiency in tool and equipment handling is essential.

• Supervise and lead small teams during installation projects.
• Oversee installation processes to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Conduct safety inspections and enforce adherence to safety protocols.
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
• Manage equipment and materials efficiently on-site.
• Resolve installation and operational problems promptly.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on project progress and issues.
• Handle heavy lifting and use necessary tools throughout installation.

• Installer - Entry-level experience in construction or installation work.
• Foreman - 2+ years of experience

• Certification or training in OSHA and Construction Safety.
• Real  related site access credentials.
• Demonstrated team leadership capabilities.
• Experience in equipment operation and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
