CBRE is seeking a Union Mobile HVAC Engineer to support healthcare locations across New Jersey. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to service requests, and operate/build maintenance across multiple sites, starting from home and traveling to assigned sites in a CBRE van with full equipment and gas card.
Requirements include 3–5 years building engineering experience, EPA Certification, valid driver's license, and ability to read blueprints.
