Job Description

PLUMBER :
Reading Blueprints, Install, Plumbing pipe rough in, Drain Cleaning, fix water supply lines, gas lines, drainage systems, and heating units.
Inspect and test plumbing networks for leaks, safety, and functionality.
Diagnose emergency plumbing failures, such as burst pipes or clogged drains, and resolve them quickly.

HVAC :
Reading Blueprints Install Gas Furnace and Boiler, Install Duct Work., Clean coils, change filters, and run routine checks to prevent system failures.

Follow local building laws, OSHA guidelines, and EPA rules for handling refrigerants.
Find and test electrical or mechanical faults using tools like Multimeters and gauges.

Carpenter :
Rough Framing, Doors, Windows,

Inspect, repair, or replace damaged frameworks and wooden structures.

Install foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, door frames, and windows.

Must have own transportation with a valid drivers license, must have work authorisation.
