Ingerman Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician in New Jersey to perform repairs, troubleshoot mechanical systems, and conduct preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience as a full-charge residential maintenance technician, and knowledge of OSHA regulations, with preferred certifications in EPA and HVAC. The role requires the ability to work independently, and efficiently respond to work orders and emergencies, ensuring high-quality property maintenance.
