• Identify the individual's interests to facilitate a job/career of choice.
• Identify the individual's skills and talents using functional community based assessments to facilitate a job/career of choice.
• Identify workplace supports that assist an individual with a disability to become employed and/or maintain employment.
• Identify and negotiate customized jobs for individuals with disabilities.
• Address employer concerns about hiring and supervising people with disabilities while maintaining confidentiality of job seekers.
• Use data collection techniques to document effectiveness of workplace supports and guide fading from the job site.
• Provide or facilitate on and off the job supports to increase odds of successful employment for individuals with a disability.
• Collect and analyze performance data to assist with decisions about workplace support effectiveness; modify or develop new supports as needed.
• Identify and develop natural supports in the workplace.

• Minimum of a high school diploma / GED.
• Valid non‑provisional driver’s license.
• Age 18 or older.
• Able to attend ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays.
• Empathetic and team‑oriented approach to care.

• Salary starts at $20.92 and increases with education/experience.
• Position reports to the Supported Employment Manager and is statewide.
• Devereux maintains a zero‑tolerance policy for abuse.
