System Engineer

Qualification

• Bachelors in Computer Science or closely related field.

• Perform work on CRM application development lifecycle activities that include:
  Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and Implementation.
• Work in Agile methodology and tracking work using JIRA board.
• Understand and develop the code in accordance with specifications and standards of development.
• Perform data migration and code deployment to the higher instances.
• Perform tasks related to the day to day operations of several large implementations of salesforce including managing user access, sharing model, handling bulk data migration, validation rules and workflows.
• Involve with business analysts, other developers in the enhancement of business modules using standard and custom objects, apex classes and triggers.
• Perform debugging methods such as anonymous code block execution and working to system and developer logs.
• Provide support for quality assurance testing and defect resolution.
• Perform tasks related to the ongoing operations of internal  platform building including sharing model and troubleshooting integrations.
• Work on Monitor performance /resources used by SFDC instance.
• Perform release management tasks from development, Testing to production and pipelining changes according to business priorities.
