Job Description # Java Developer (Genesys IVR)
* Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on Java/Spring development experience with complex applications.
* Previous experience with Speech-enabled IVR development using Genesys or Nuance Framework.
* A strong track record of delivering software through multiple full project implementations.
* Experience leading developers within an agile, fast-paced engineering environment.
* Genesys IVR.
* Java/JavaScript, Spring, Groovy, and VXML.
* Proficiency in using AI tools such as Git Hub CoPilot.
* Familiarity with deploying contact center solutions in a private or public cloud environment.
* Experience in building or deploying applications on the MS Azure or Open Shift platform.
