If you reside in the state of New Jersey, you'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute
* as you take on some tough challenges.

• Model Support:
  Assist in building and tuning machine learning and NLP models
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows and decision-making
• RAG Development:
  Support the implementation of RAG pipelines and search systems
• Data Pipelines:
  Write Python code to clean, transform, and prepare large datasets
• Cloud Integration:
  Help deploy and run AI models within cloud environments

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience programming skills in Python and standard ML libraries

• Hands-on experience with AWS services and architecture
• Knowledge of RAG pipelines, vector databases, or LLM workflows
• Basic understanding of infrastructure tools like Terraform

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will rangefrom $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
