Role Overview
The Service Now Developer is responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining Service Now solutions that support VERSANT's enterprise technology operations. This role will partner with infrastructure, cloud engineering, security, service management, and business teams to build workflows, integrations, automations, and applications that improve operational efficiency, and service delivery.
What You Will DoDesign, develop, and maintain Service Now applications, workflows, forms, portals, and platform customizations. Automate service delivery processes using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom workflows.

This individual will play a key role in automating business and operational processes while ensuring platform scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of hands‑on Service Now development experience.
- Strong experience with Service Now ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Discovery.
- Experience developing Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, REST and SOAP integrations.
- Strong JavaScript development skills.
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and automation frameworks.
- Experience supporting enterprise IT operations and service management processes.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure, infrastructure operations, and enterprise technology environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
