Proven ability to design and integrate RESTful APIs, with a focus on performance, scalability, security, and interoperability across distributed systems

  • Passion for engineering excellence and automation, driving quality through comprehensive test automation, CI/CD best practices, and modern software engineering principles to enable the rapid, reliable, and continuous delivery of high-quality products and features

Other highly valued skills include:

  • Experience leveraging AI-assisted software development tools such as Git Hub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar technologies to enhance engineering productivity, accelerate delivery cycles, improve code quality, and streamline testing, documentation, and development workflows

  • Hands-on experience with AG Grid or comparable enterprise-grade data grid frameworks, including advanced customization, management of large-scale datasets, real-time market data visualization, and performance optimization in high-volume, low-latency environments

  • Knowledge of electronic trading platforms and capital markets, with an understanding of equities, derivatives, and related trading workflows. Familiarity with the needs of Traders, Sales, Client Service, and Run-the-Bank (RTB) teams operating in fast-paced front-office environments is highly desirable

  • Proven ability to partner closely with Traders, Sales, Client Service, Product, and Engineering stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into intuitive, highly tailored user experiences, delivering innovative solutions at pace while maintaining a considerable focus on usability and performance
