The Mission
Take full command of a state-of-the-art Global 6000 and deliver a seamless, world-class experience on every sector. You’ll lead a professional crew, make sound decisions in dynamic conditions, and safeguard the client journey—from preflight to wheels-stop—while representing Jet Aviation with polish and professionalism.
What You’ll Do- Exercise final authority for the safe, efficient conduct of assigned flights in compliance with all company, federal, and local regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate flight crew members to deliver an exceptional, discreet client experience.
- Master aircraft systems and performance; manage flight planning, routing, fuel, alternates, and changing conditions with precision.
- Serve as ISC under the Twelve-Five Standard Security Program TFSSP or Private Charter Standard Security Program PCSSP as applicable.
- Conduct or delegate comprehensive passenger safety briefings and ensure cabin safety throughout all phases of flight.
- Record and report discrepancies; champion open communication on safety and hazard reporting.
- Maintain aircraft manuals, complete accurate trip paperwork, and uphold meticulous documentation standards.
- Represent Jet Aviation as a trusted brand ambassador in every client and partner interaction.
- Certificates & Medical: Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATP, Unrestricted) and current FAA First Class Medical.
- Flight Time (minimum): 3,500 hours total fixed-wing; 1,500 hours PIC; 1,500 hours Multi-Engine; 500 hours Turbojet; 500 hours Turbine; 100 hours Night; 75 hours Simulated Instrument.
- Type Rating: Appropriate aircraft type rating and currency (Global series preferred).

Schedule:
Ability to work a variable schedule and travel extensively worldwide without restriction. - Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Driving: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, exceptional organization and communication, unwavering integrity and discretion, and a collaborative, client-centric mindset.
- Leadership: Resourceful, proactive problem-solver with a quality-driven approach to operational excellence.
- Operate across domestic and global routes with frequent international missions.
- Perform duties in diverse environments—from heavy maintenance areas to upscale customer spaces.
- Comfortable around aircraft operations: occasional high noise levels, vibration, fuel fumes, and changing weather.
- Meet physical demands including regular standing/sitting, climbing, kneeling/crouching, and lifting up to 50 lbs (including overhead).
- Maintain excellent vision across near, far, color, and depth fields as required for safe flight operations.
