A leading healthcare distributor is seeking a Lead Associate for Warehouse Operations in New Jersey. This role involves supporting the Warehouse Supervisor in managing the warehouse floor's inbound and outbound operations while directing staff to facilitate effective workflows. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, manage inventory and shipments effectively, and have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

A high school diploma and 4+ years of experience in a similar role are preferred. This is a full-time position with scheduled hours from Thursday to Sunday.
