Schedule

Sunday - Wednesday 10am - 8:30pm (Warehouse Team Lead)

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise the local picking team to ensure all orders are picked accurately and efficiently.
  • Optimize picking routes and methods to minimize time and maximize productivity.
  • Train new team members on picking procedures and best practices.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management.
  • Enforce scan compliance and provide guidance to team members on technology.
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures for all outgoing orders.
  • Conduct regular audits of picked orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Identify and address any quality issues, providing feedback and training to pick team members as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all audit findings and work with management on corrective actions.
  • Supervise the loading of delivery vehicles, ensuring all packages are secured and organized according to delivery routes.
  • Verify that all orders are loaded onto the correct vehicles and that documentation matches the loaded items.
  • Coordinate with drivers and dispatch to ensure timely departures.
  • Address any issues that arise during the loadout process.
  • Assign order tasks to team members based on priority and efficiency.
  • Monitor the progress of order fulfillment from picking to loadout, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays in the order fulfillment process.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems to track and manage order flow.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution environment with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Availability to work overtime as required.
