Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

• Work in a small, family‑owned warehouse located in Parlin, NJ.
• Perform all work on‑site; exact hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
• Select proper materials and prepare them for processing based on customer orders.
• Prepare material to meet customer specifications, including cutting rubber, attaching brackets, and assembling mechanical components.
• Ensure accurate measurements before all cuts.
• Use power tools and hand tools such as hammers, tape measures, drills, and screwdrivers.
• RF scan product and customer orders.
• Prepare material for shipment and double‑check order accuracy before completing the job.
• Pull material from inventory, maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Operate palletizer (shrink wrap) and wrap completed pallets.
• Follow instructions, including detailed Amazon instructions for repeat business orders.
• Use shipping software (Fed Ex Ship Manager, UPS World Wide, etc.) to create shipping labels.
• Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, manual carrying, and sit‑down forklifts; unload materials when needed.
• Stage and stow incoming material to appropriate warehouse locations; RF scan items.
• Assure received items match orders before unloading.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the warehouse at all times.
• Operate machinery to cut customer orders to the correct size (training provided).
• Operate sit‑down forklift (basic operation required; training provided).

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; this requirement cannot be waived.
• At least one year of prior warehouse or related work experience without employment gaps, and positive references.
• Basic forklift experience; training on our forklift will be provided.
• Ability to lead by example, listen, and grow professionally.
• Work independently and meet goals.
• Motivated to learn and succeed.
• Must speak fluent English.
• Formal resume and stable work history; no cell phone usage during work hours (break and lunch period allowed).
