Assistant Manager - Warehouse Operations

Distribution company seeking a Warehouse Assistant Manager to help oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for someone with warehouse leadership experience who enjoys improving processes, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient operations.

• Assist with managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory control
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff to maintain productivity and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain an organized warehouse
• Oversee forklift operations and support employee training
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely order fulfillment
• Work closely with operations and other departments to support workflow
• Maintain accurate inventory and operational records using warehouse software

• 2+ years of warehouse experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Forklift experience or certification
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Strong computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Monday-Friday, fully in-office
